Getting Started

Today is December 1st and it seemed like as good as day as any to start again. Keeping it simple today. Wrote me my affirmation statement.

Daily Affirmation:

I have worth!

I deserve to be happy!

I am worth the effort needed for these 2 to happen!

I am NOT giving up on me!

This is my beginning and my commitment to read this OUT LOUD every morning and every night... waiting for the day that I can believe it as I state it.
